Family Forum

Our Family Forum consists of two Class Reps from each class who meet each half term with the Headteacher. Ideas and questions from our families are shared, along with things that have that gone well and suggestions for improvements. Ideas proposed by the Family Forum, and adopted by the academy, include: our P.E. shirts in house colours, the School Travel Plan and initiatives, as well as forging a good relationship with our local councillor. Most classes have a Facebook page and/or a WhatsApp group managed by the class reps and open to all families. 

New class reps are chosen at the beginning of each academic year, all family members are welcome to stand and we try to accommodate everyone that is interested in being part of this group. We value working together for the benefit of all the children at Mytchett.
